Pharmaceutical Sponsorship for East Berkshire Rules of the Game
- All meetings are booked through Jackie Stallwood at the John Lister Postgraduate Centre, at Wexham Park Hospital, Slough.
- Meetings are booked one term at a time (January to April; May to August; September to December).
- A meeting when booked is deemed confirmed unless stated otherwise; if provisional this is written at the side of the booking. Meetings will be held for one month only - then it will be open for other reps.
- An invoice will be sent to any rep that either does not cancel a meeting with appropriate notice or does not cover a meeting that has been booked.
- If a rep has booked a breakfast meeting, has not cancelled, and catering is provided, they will be billed for the breakfast.
- An invoice and attendance list will be given to the rep on the day of the meeting. If this is not possible, it will be sent to the appropriate rep.
- If reps wish to share a stand, they may also share the cost (half each, unless otherwise stated). Please let someone know on the day of the meeting so that the appropriate invoices may be raised.
- Payment of an invoice, unless settled on the day, should be within 30 days.
