Langley Health Centre operates from a purpose built PCT owned site in Common Road, Langley and a small branch surgery in Colnbrook. We are a suburban practice on the eastern border of Slough, with approximately 15,500 patients.
We are a GMS practice and are staffed by 7 doctors and a nurse practitioner. We have 4 practice nurses and a healthcare assistant, in addition to a well staffed reception, admin and management team. We are fortunate to have allied health services on site including district nurses, physiotherapy, health visitors, school nurses, podiatry, audiology, counselling services and community dentistry.
We pride ourselves on high quality of care for our patients and having a friendly environment to work in. We are all committed to teaching including the non-trainers and have regular educational sessions which everyone participates in. It is a busy practice with a wide ranging number of learning opportunities for our learners. The practice in addition to running all the chronic disease clinics is actively involved with the locality in terms of commissioning and providing services for Slough.
